1 S Chicago Ave, Bay Shore NY 11706

Opening in June of 2015, DUBCO began as a small 1 BBL Brewery on the border of Bay Shore and Islip. It has since grown to a 3bbl electric brewery producing 12bbls a month. It features a 600 square foot tasting room with 10 Taps! Full pours and tasting flights are available.
Their small scale allows them to produce a wide variety of styles and flavors. This will keep an ever changing line up on tap in the tasting room. They hope to have seasonal favorites you can expect every year with a few other unknowns!
Beer #1: Gilgo
Style: Gose
ABV: 6%
Flavor Text: “A Gose is defined as a salty sour wit beer. Our Gose is salty up front with a refreshing tart finish. Some have described it as a margarita in a beer.”

Beer #2: Dubbel Rainbow
Style: Belgian Dubbel
ABV: 7%
Our Thoughts: “This is a traditional Dubbel with a DUBCO twist.”

Beer #3: Fidelis Ad Mortem
Style: Porter/Imperial Double
ABV: 8.2%
Our Thoughts: “Robust Porter: Bittersweet roastiness with hints of fresh ground coffee and dark chocolate. This is the base recipe for the Andrea Doria aged in Woodford Reserve Barrels.“
