Already having a love of beer from their college days Gabe Haim had his eyes opened to the homebrew world by his cousin after a tip in Florida in 2007. A few years later he and his partner Ryan Schlotter started brewing their own. They opened Oyster Bay Brewing Company in 2012. In February they moved out of a cramped space into their new place on Audrey Ave.

Beer #1: Sagamore

Style: Dark Lager
ABV: 6.8%

Flavor Text: “A medium chocolate colored lager with aromatics of caramel, light roast coffee and pipe tobacco. It has a medium body with hints of toffee and finishes clean with a trace of spiciness and malty sweetness.”
