Long Beard Brewing

Paul Carlin and Craig Waltz started Long Beard Brewing in May 2012. They describe the conversation simply:

Imagine two boat mechanics on a nice spring day. One just finished fixing a boat and the other about to start working on one. In passing, one says “Hey! You want to start a brewery?” The other says “Yeah! Why not?” and keeps on walking.

They have amazing plans that we can’t wait to see in person. Especially the waffle beer.
