Barrage Brewing Co. was formed in January 2010 by founder and head brewer Steve Pominski.
Steve was a homebrewer of more than 2 decades, and after building a bar in his garage and brewing some beer to stock said bar, he decided to go pro. “get it bar-garage, barrage” In 2012, Steve attended the Siebel Institute of Technology and World Brewing Academy in Chicago, IL to further enhance his brewing knowledge and expertise. Our Thoughts: “Cherry fruit taste with an excellent black cherry aroma. Well carbonated gives it a nice light taste with the tartness you’d expect from a Belgian style beer.”
