Founded in 1996, Lake Placid Pub & Brewery is the dream come to life of Christopher Ericson. Haven’t spent time as a brewer at a few places, including Shipyard, he was seeking to set out on his own and has been winning awards since the early aughts.

Related Stuff

In 2016 they opened a second location called Big Slide Brewery & Public House which has lagered beers in a decommissioned missile silo.
