Marks Beer Mustard Recipe

  1. Soak 1 cup mustard seeds overnight in your favorite beer
  2. Blend mustard seeds, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 2 cloves of garlic
  3. Add apple cider vinegar to get desired consistency.

Flavor Text: “A roasty Robust Porter, Purgatory Porter is brewed using the same recipe as our Hellsmoke Porter — but without any smoked malt. 5.6% ABV with some chocolate and espresso-coffee notes.”

Beer #2: Honey & Basil Ale

Style: Spice, Herb or Vegetable Beer
ABV: 6.7%
Flavor Text: “Ale brewed with English pale malt, German Vienna, wheat, dark munich malt, and U.S. caramel 40L malt, NY State honey (Ford’s Honey Farm, Newport, NY), Mt. Hood Hops (Condezella Farm, Wading River, NY), and a blend of Basils (purple, Thai, lime, lemon, sweet, & blue African) grown by Centerport’s Terport’s Seedsowers Farm. Fermented with English Ale Yeast.”
