Opened in later 2017 by Chris Cuzme and his business partner David Scharfstein. Cuzme was a longtime homebrewer and was the president of the NYC Homebrewer’s Guild for a time. Fifth Hammer operates a 15 barrel brewhaus which it uses to produce a wide array of styles and flavors.

Flavor Text: “This smooth lager was lightly dry-hopped with Amarillo Hops, adding soft citrus and floral notes to our classic Pilsner.”
